The package, price, taxes, event capacity, included features, and duration are shown before checkout. A binding order is formed once payment is confirmed. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; PhotoChapter does not store full card details.

For consumers, statutory withdrawal rights apply unless an exception is validly obtained. If immediate performance of a digital service would affect the right of withdrawal, we will collect the required express request and acknowledgement during checkout. No such waiver is created by these terms alone.

The purchased package is available subject to the product description and these terms. Contact [email protected] promptly if there is a billing or service problem. Mandatory consumer guarantees and protections are not limited by these terms.
