PhotoChapter provides an event photo-sharing service. Hosts create and manage events; guests may join using an event link or QR code without creating an account.

Use the service lawfully and only for events you are entitled to manage. Obtain appropriate notices, permissions, and consents for people and content you upload or invite. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content, or attempt to bypass access controls.

Hosts are responsible for their event settings, guest access, moderation, and sharing choices. Guests should ask the host about an event’s purpose and audience. We may restrict or remove content or access to protect people, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

The service may change or be unavailable for maintenance, security, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Report an issue at [email protected].
